31S was established in 2023 through the combination of Accrete Capital's activities founded in 2019 and its Partners, to build a premier investment firm backed by family capital and oriented to invest alongside other like-minded investors in providing permanent capital to strategic and financial sponsors.
Rooted in the traditions of the Middle East, a region that has undergone massive transformation in a short span of time 31S seeks to continue to be focused on its core values and value in its investment activities.
